All information provided by our customers is kept confidential and used solely for interactions between Master Engravers and it's customers. Master Engravers does not sell or provide your infromation to any other company or individual.

All Items purchased are non-refundable.  No refunds, exchanges or credits on any engraved merchandise. All sales are final. Master Engravers will engrave according to submitted information and will not replace items that have misspellings due to the customer providing incorrect information. Once you have submitted an order, it will be processed as it was submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have submitted the engraving request correctly, this includes on line, mail, email or store orders. Designs, logos, artwork and texts will be altered and or changed to an engraving format. Such changes may include removal of details, text altering and resizing. All such alterations and changes will be at the sole description of Master Engravers. Additionally size, dimensions, scale and layout can and will be modified to fit the engrave able space of the item selected.

All items will be shipped via UPS standard shipping, unless otherwise requested. All shipping and handling charges are the customers responsability. Orders will be proccessed with in 7-10 working days. Rush orders and express shipping are available upon request.
